I only use pixlr for edits. It has everything I need, so.But for art, first of all:If you have any sort of tablet, iPad, whatever, try and find a drawing app in the application store. It will be a bit like fingerpainting, but it's much more accurate than drawing with a mouse, and after only a day or two you'll notice a huge improvement in the lines. I used to use (free) on my old iPad 2, and it ran fine, so I survived on that for a year or so before moving to, which is well worth the 5(?) USD. You can probably find some examples of the art I've made with Procreate lying around in the forums:3 Seriously worth it if you are willing to spend.If you're dead set on drawing with a mouse on the computer, I use. An average of like twice a year because drawing with a mouse kills me inside.
It's free and I've found it has every thing I've needed so far from it, and probably much more (I'm just too lazy to explore all the ins and outs of it)I don't know any browser drawing programs that are worth anything, sadly. If I ever need to, I just attempt to draw decent lines in Pixlr. Your best bet is to download something.That's really all I have for now, sorry.:/Bolded and linked the programs listed above. It's a little bit difficult to learn, but once you get the hang of it, it's an awesome program!:D The download process should be pretty straight forward, if I remember correctly.Also, I use paint.NET for edits and recolors. It's also free, and you can download it. Make sure to click the link in blue on the upper right hand side of the page, not the ad!

It should say 'paint.net 4.0.12'.Hope this helps:)EDIT: I should add the Krita has a stabalizer which smooths your lines as you draw. It makes drawing with a mouse so much easier, if you don't have a tablet!
